There is a person who absolutely hates me. I know.....crazy, huh? But, to put the icing on the cake, this person is TEXTING me tonight!!!! Friday, I handed him his son's phone...after having taken off of work to pick his son and my daughter up early from school for a meet. I handed him his son's cell phone when I remembered it was in my pocket. He had his son for the next three days and I wanted to be sure he had his phone. It took all of my courage to give it to him. Smile. Explain why I was doing it. He said not one word. Not thank you. Not it was nice. Not go to hell. Nada. But then tonight he starts texting me. Telling me thank you. Hopes tomorrow is blessed. Praying for my daughter. Awkward...to say the least. Seriously. Will this weekend end? It's like I've entered the Twilight Zone. Doo do doodo doo do doo.
Guess the beginning of the week will be........good? I hope so. Because I'm pretty overwhelmed by all of the drama and weirdness. But....then again.....I have had a really good day. Crazy.
